Gift Card is a plastic card which may contain any pre-purchased amount
redeemable only at a Paper Plus or Take Note Store. Gift Cards can be
purchased in-store and the value remaining on the card can be checked
online anytime.

Present this Gift Card for full or part payment of the merchandise. The
amount of any purchase will be deducted from the balance of the card.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This Gift Card once activated is redeemable for merchandise at Take Note or Paper Plus stores. It can be redeemed in whole or for part of a purchase. The amount must be spent in full by date of expiry (being one year from date of issue). This Gift card cannot be reloaded, returned, exchanged for cash, cancelled or replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. No change will be given. No refund, credit or cash will be given for any unused amount. This Gift Card cannot be used for Account payments, purchasing prepaid postal items, stamps, Kiwibank products, Lotto, phone cards, newspaper and any other agency products or services. AA Rewards points will not be issued on purchase of the Gift Card, points can be earned as you use the Gift Card. Normal AA Rewards terms and conditions apply. What value can be loaded on to the Take Note Gift Cards?
Gift Cards can be issued for any value between $5-00 and $500.
How do I know how much credit has been loaded onto a Gift Card, and how do I know how much credit I have left?
The remaining balance is printed on the receipt. The balance can also be checked at www.takenote.co.nz.
What information can be viewed at www.takenote.co.nz?
The card balance, history and expiry date can all be viewed online.
How many times can I use my Take Note Gift Card, and can I top it up?
You can use your gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero. Once the gift card has been fully redeemed, it cannot be reused.
Can I get change if I don’t spend all the credit on my Take Note Gift Card?
No.
Change is not given for the remaining credit. The card can be used
until no credit is remaining, and the card can be used as a part
payment.
Can I purchase products and pay half with my Gift Card and half with my credit card, EFTPOS card of cash?
Yes. They can be used in a combined payment.
Does the Gift Card Expire?
Gift
cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry
date can be found on your receipt, on the back of the gift card or
online.
Can I top up (add more credit to) my Take Note Gift Card?
No. This facility is not current available for Take Note Gift Cards
If my Gift Card breaks, can I have it replace or refunded?
A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
If my Take Note Gift Card is stolen or lost can I have it replaced or refunded?
Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
When do I get AA Rewards Points with my Gift Card?
AA Rewards Points are collected when the card is spent, not purchased.
